Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Law Society of Nunavut

Pursuant to subsections 10(1) and 10(2) of the Legal Profession Act:

Please note that materials will be posted as they become available . 

  • Notice in EN and IK.
  • Date and time: Monday  June 23, 2025, 7pm ET.
    • Doors will open at 5:15pmET for a meet and greet with the Honorable Andromache Karakatsanis of the Supreme Court of Canada and Véronique Morissette of the Canadian Bar Association (National office).
  • Location: Aqsarniit Hotel and Conference Centre, Iqaluit, NU.
  • Simultaneous Interpretation: Please contact the office at support@lawsociety.nu.ca by Friday June 13, 2025, 5pm ET.
  • Registration will close on Monday June 23 at 12PM ET.  
    • In-person: support@lawsociety.nu.ca . 
    • Remote/Virtual: Members and students-at-law will have received a link to register for virtual participation.
